Rethinking the tried and tested
Rethinking the tried and tested is a firmly anchored principle of success at ROTHENBERGER. The extraordinary management structure demonstrates how ROTHENBERGER rethinks management and thus distinguishes itself from many family businesses. This way of thinking has given rise to a new product era with which the companies of the ROTHENBERGER GROUP are setting milestones. It is exciting to see how ROTHENBERGER is rethinking the tried and tested from so many different perspectives. Customers, partners and employees are involved in this process in many different ways.
We are also celebrating 15 years of the TOOLS FOR LIFE Foundation this year. We take a trip to some of the projects and show how the foundation wants to focus even more strongly on the goal of "Tools for Life".

1+1=3 / With added value to success
We have dedicated the current issue to our ONE strategy. It not only makes us unique, but also extraordinarily successful. We show you many examples of how the ROTHENBERGER GROUP creates added value for employees, customers, business partners and society.
Starting with the holding company's flagship project, which has created a new working environment that makes our colleagues more collaborative and flexible. We also report on the revolutionisation of our sales organisation, which will have a hybrid focus in the future, product innovations and investments in new technologies and digitalisation projects. We also take a look at ROTHENBERGER in Spain and Brazil.
We also show how and what we are committed to and that you can rely on us when it matters, as the relief operation during the flood disaster in summer 2021 proves. All endeavours have another important goal: sustainability.
Breaking new ground
In the 2021 issue of ONE Magazine, we look at the many ways in which we are breaking new ground. We introduce you to new products, backgrounds, contexts and people who make a difference every day.
The magazine provides insights into current events - whether in product development, customer contact or the digital opportunities we use to stay in touch instead of meeting in a conference room.
Interesting facts about the Group's products are also included. The topic of battery-powered tools in particular is a unifying element throughout the articles. They make tradespeople on the construction site independent of the power supply so that they are ready to go straight away.
There is also something to celebrate in 2021: the 30th anniversary of ROTHENBERGER's Hungarian sales company. Congratulations!
Then, today, tomorrow
In 2019, ROTHENBERGER celebrated its 70th anniversary - a great opportunity to publish the first issue of ONE Magazine. We asked the Rothenberger family for their view of the Group. We asked our board members Dr Christian Heine and Philipp Kannengießer to explain the corporate strategy.
We tell you why the R-System from ROTHENBERGER and the >B< MaxiPro pressing system from Conex Bänninger are revolutionary pipe joining systems that really save users time. In addition, fans of the ROTHENBERGER brand present their favourite products and we take you to our forge in Spain.
Incidentally, we celebrated our anniversary at the ISH - you can find impressions of the lively party at the end of the magazine.
