The rutile welding electrode made of stainless steel is an easy-to-weld electrode that is ideal for arc welding stainless CrNi steels and fine-grained steels. It has a wide range of applications in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, shipping, and in exnchangers and pipeslines, especially for assembly and repair work. With good ignition properties, minimal splatter, and a smooth seam, it enables efficient working.The electrode produces easily removable slag and offers good re-ignition capability, which improves handling during the welding process. It is suitable for various welding positions except vertical down and can weld material thickness over 2mm.
